Kentucky Regulation require a plumbing permit for the establishment of all new water meter settings. A homeowners permit may be obtain for a property owner who request a new tap on - new meter setting and is willing to install the line form their new meter to their existing plumbing.
Commercial, rental, and services which will or may be available to the public require a plumbing permit which must be obtained by as licensed plumber.
